Candidate registration online has been around for some time now, however when it’s integrated into your recruitment CRM software the time savings are huge for your recruiters. Where the full record can be inputted by the candidate saving your recruiter’s having to rekey the information.
With PrimePRO onboarding a candidate is a very simple process. Candidates get sent a link via email where they register online via their own web page, but before they can input any details, they must accept your agency’s GDPR policy, providing you with yet another time saver and keeping you compliant!
Once they have filled in the first page of their personal details, they are taken through a wizard that prompts them to select which skill/category your agency deals with, for example industrial, driving, hospitality, etc. followed by the skills and qualifications including uploading certificates, licenses and documents to prove validity of their skill. The wizard takes them onto your ‘rights to work’ compliance fields where again they can upload documents and finally onto the skill/category specific questionnaires you have configured. Which are lists of user definable fields you have created relevant to the chosen skill category. This can be used for policies, next of kin, health and safety, occupational health questions as some examples that are skill/category specific.
Once complete they submit their registration and their record is immediately available in PrimePRO held in a quarantine section under the status of ‘awaiting approval’ for the recruiter to approve.
The registration page is fully mobile responsive (app like) making the process more flexible for the candidate to use their mobile device.
