PrimePRO had a great show this year, exhibiting at the NEC for the second year in a row now. As always, the Recruitment Agency Expo is an incredible opportunity to connect with agencies looking for smarter ways to manage temps, compliance, and payroll, and this year, our focus on temporary recruitment software drew a lot of attention. 

This time my son Adam came with me during his gap year to help out his dad! Adam finished his A Levels in June and since then has worked at my wife’s primary school as a behaviour one to one with all the challenges that brings! Like all teenagers he doesn’t know quite what to do yet although he’s keen to start a degree apprenticeship in business management at some point after his trip to South Africa in the New Year.

For Adam coming to the show meeting and greeting strangers to talk about our temp agency software was surprisingly easy for him and his new-found confidence encouraged him all the more. (So, you never know I might make a salesman of him!!) It was great to see him explaining how temporary recruitment software can make a recruiter’s day-to-day life so much simpler, even if he’s only just learning the ropes himself! 

We picked up some great leads and hope to get them on board with our exciting new recruitment software and temp payroll software very soon. Many visitors told us they were actively looking for temporary recruitment software that could streamline shift booking, reduce admin, and help them stay compliant, so it’s clear the industry is continuing to evolve in new and exciting ways.
